Young and Dumb
Today at work, while suffering from sever exhaustion among other things caused by last night's debauchery, one of my friends marveled at the fact that I go to so many concerts and it got me thinking that I really do, and I love every minute of it. I love night life. I love going out and hearing live music. I love dancing with guys whose names I don't even know because in that moment we can be anyone we want to be. And I love that I can do all of these things because I'm young! Your teenage and high school years are supposedly some of the best years of your life, and I intend to take full advantage of them. 2014 is the year of adventure, and I want to live it without regrets.

Dressed In Black From Head To Toe
Last night I had the awesome opportunity to ring in the summer in style at a concert with some of my best friends. Originally, I knew I liked The 1975 and was excited about the show, but I didn't expect it to be as amazing as it actually was!
The opening band was Bad Suns from Los Angeles and they played some songs about their new album, Language & Perspective, that comes out June 24 which I will most definitely be buying. (It's also a plus that the lead singer/guitarist is incredibly attractive.)
The 1975 had probably the most entertaining set I've ever experienced. Matty Healy, the lead singer, was smoking cigarettes on stage while he sang and he downed an entire bottle of wine during the set, which can't be healthy but he had that whole bad boy thing going on plus the british accent *swoon*. It's been a while since I've gone to many concerts but I really look forward to getting back into the live music scene more this summer!
